1. Wellness Disclaimer — Not Medical Care

Nothing on this website or provided during a session should be interpreted as medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical condition, injury, or illness. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or are otherwise uncertain whether bodywork is appropriate for you, please consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before booking.

2. Health Conditions & Client Responsibility

You are responsible for informing us, prior to or at the start of your session, of any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or concerns that could affect your session. We rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in order to personalize pressure, technique, and any enhancements appropriately. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or end a session if we reasonably believe it is not safe or appropriate to continue.

3. Booking, Deposits & Payment

Appointments are by reservation only. A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for longer sessions, packages, or the Overnight Wellness Retreat. Your remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided at the time your appointment is confirmed. Package sessions must be used by the purchasing guest and are subject to booking availability; packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrival

We ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments ("no-shows"), and same-day changes may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment — arriving late may reduce your available session time without a reduction in price, as it affects the schedule of other guests.

5. Guest Conduct

Sienna Bodywork maintains a professional, respectful environment for both guests and staff. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and may result in a guest being declined future service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sienna Bodywork and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, this website, or any information provided on it. Bodywork carries some inherent risk, as with any physical service; by booking, you acknowledge this and agree to participate at your own discretion, having disclosed any relevant health information as described above.

7. Pricing & Availability

Session lengths, enhancements, package contents, and pricing listed on this website are current as of the date shown but are subject to change without notice. Enhancements and overnight retreat scheduling are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. We will confirm current pricing and availability when your appointment is booked.

8. Testimonials & Website Content

Reviews and testimonials shared on this website reflect individual guest experiences and opinions; results and experiences may vary from guest to guest. All website content, including text, the Sienna Bodywork name, logo, and design, is the property of Sienna Bodywork and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sienna Bodywork operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
